At Etchings, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please follow the simple steps below to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Form on Website: Fill out our convenient contact form on our website, specifying your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for dissatisfaction. We'll get back to you promptly to guide you through the process.

  2. Email Us: Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@etchingshome.ca with the same information – your order number, product details, and the reason for dissatisfaction. Our team will respond swiftly to assist you further.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • If returned products are not in their full original condition and packaging, including all original wrappings, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged and taken off the total refund.

Damaged Packages & Returns
​

While we take great care in packing and shipping, unforeseen circumstances can lead to package damage. 

​

Customers must promptly notify Etchings of any damaged or faulty products upon receipt. If there is visible damage or defects, reject the delivery and note 'Damaged Upon Arrival' on the receipt. To process a claim, email up to three pictures, including one of the box, to info@etchingshome.ca or complete the contact form on our website. Claims for damage not noted upon delivery cannot be accepted. Retain all original packing material. If delivery is refused, our customer service will expedite a replacement or refund at no additional cost. For accepted and damaged products resulting from shipping/handling, customers are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
